The Finishing Touch ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Finishing Touch is a residential cleaning and home-services business operating in the Houston and Galveston areas.
When you request a quote, book a service, or contact us through our website, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, service address or general area, details about the service you're requesting (including photos or videos you choose to upload), and — if you choose to provide it — your birthday (month and day only).
We use the information you provide to: respond to your requests and provide our services; schedule and coordinate appointments; communicate with you about your jobs (including reminders and confirmations); process quotes and payments; and, if you have opted in, send you occasional seasonal specials, updates, and birthday greetings.
If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you text messages such as appointment reminders, scheduling messages, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you've asked to receive from The Finishing Touch.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business — for example, with the assigned service provider who performs your job, and with service vendors who help us operate (such as our website, database, scheduling, messaging, and payment providers), who are permitted to use it only to provide services to us. Payments are processed by Square. Card information is entered directly with Square and is never stored by us. We may disclose information if required by law.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. You may also contact us to access, update, or delete your information.
